This page was created with the aim of making a difference.
While our beautiful Mum, Jean, passed away from a different type of cancer at 7:40am Tuesday 02/06/2026, the loss of her beloved husband Harry to brain cancer at a young age, May 14th 1983, remained close to her heart throughout her life.
Despite the hardships she faced, Jean never lost her compassion for others and always believed in, and consistently actively helped, others in need.
In honour of Harry and Jean, and in keeping with Jean's well-known characteristic generous and caring nature, we invite those who wish to do so to make a donation to Carrie's Beanies 4 Brain Cancer.
Your support will help fund vital research, support families facing brain cancer and create a meaningful legacy in memory of two people who were dearly loved, are deeply missed, and will never be forgotten.
