Please note:
If your fundraiser is in memory of a friend or colleague, please ensure you have the permission of their family to host the event prior to completing this application. The proceeds of your fundraising event will be donated to CB4BC. The fundraising event organiser (you) is responsible for checking and following the fundraising legislations in your state and will be transparent about funds raised.
